This set of autumn haiku fills my senses in unforgettable delight. The first Haiku let me feel the "sun's dust on spidery silk", then "the air with roses..." leaves a celestial scent that lingers on an on like opium, lastly " the trees adorned in brown..." feed my eyes with vivid colours of autumn. Congratulations Ink. A fave for me.

Dear Empress, I always look for poems that take me on the journey to where they want to go. Yours are always those poems and I really love Haikus, Autumn is definitely my most favorite season, and I love it when a poet brings this all together to build journey from beginning to end. The journey started here: "wind whisks smoky veils" and ended here "fallen escapade". Thank you for that journey and it always lifts the soul. Empress this is: An Autumn Fav! - Blessings, My Dear Friend, Daniel

Autumn beautifully woven in haiku garlands dear Ink, seamlessly weaving one set into another. Nice work. If you want to see a spectacular autumn, Japan is the place in cherry blossom season, alas the season lasts only about a fortnight when all the flowers fall and the mountains are left bare - but there are always the Japanese maple trees that have astonishing colours, before they fall. Hugs Maria

Wow. You should do more haiku. Some say haiku is not to employ adjectives. But I have always disagreed with that. I like them with metaphor, imagery or even rhyme. I bet this scores high. A fave

The full moon in September is known as the corn moon because it's when Native American tribes gathered their main crops, including corn, squash, pumpkins, beans, and wild rice. You are so knowledgeable with your imagery. I’m always learning something new from reading your poetry! Thank you.

This piece beautifully intertwines imagery and sensation. I particularly love "sky undresses gold," which evokes a vivid transformation. The delicate interplay between nature and emotion creates a whimsical atmosphere, which paints a serene and introspective world. Phenomenal.
