“Love me like the moon intended, all the way through the darkness.” —A.J. Lawless
were you music, you’d be the sweetest tune and your lyrics would be rose petals strewn as if on a silvery path to the moon I'd follow your lilting melody through pllows of clouds and beyond the sky’s blue in search of the song of Beautiful You

Beautiful poem! Congratulations, Andrea. I wrote "Beautiful You" in 2019 and it was one of the poems in my published poetry book in 2019, Love and Celebrate You.

Back with heartiest congratulations on your top win with a musical piece that represents the Beautiful you. So lifting particularly the last verse: "I’d follow your lilting melody through pillows of clouds and beyond the sky’s blue in search of the song of Beautiful You." Wish you a pleasant day crafting your pearls.

Dear Andrea, This is like a song you don’t just hear but you feel it. There’s such a gentleness in the way it moves, like a lullaby meant to guide someone safely through the dark. I think your words shimmer, light as petals but steady as the moon itself, pulling the heart forward with every line. Beautiful! Spring BLessings, My Dear Friend, Daniel

She said beautiful and you beautifully delivered. For my sake, I hope beautiful also applies to the effect of imagery. I am going to read your lines again, they flow ... so beautifully ... CayCay (since it's 5:30 am, I may be calling mid-afternoon tomorrow, I've slept very little. Looking forward to spending time.)
