Fun poem, Jan. I recently went on a no-carb diet. No white food, potatoes, sugar, white bread etc...some of my favorite things. But I did lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks :) Nice entry for contest. Good luck! Hugs // Charlie xx

I think you did a great job with this form. I've yet to try it. I think your birthday is around the corner, isn't it? Or maybe a few weeks off? Anyway, an early happy birthday to you in case I miss it.
