Ballerina
I am a ballerina today
Dancing my heart away
The melody plays soft in my mind
Such fluid joy I find
My arms, I hold high above my head
On tiptoes light, I tread
My gossamer skirt swirls in mid-air
As I twirl in full flair
My heart feels every fluent motion
Such intense emotion
I let it flow through my nimble limbs
My excited head swims
I am a ballerina today
Join me in my ballet
