Once a hippie with a "high" demeanor Made a big "Bong" from a vacuum cleaner The dust he forgot His coughing throat caught Now there's no pot, and his face's much greener!

I, of course, don't know the first thing about using a bong - but it sounds like something a person "under the influence" would think " Why not?"

I, of course don't either but if I was guessing I'd guess it was a water pipe that filters smoke to make it less harsh! Totally guessing you understand!..80)
