Got my mouth watering again here, Brian! What is 'signal cray fish paste'? Sounds delicious! Down here we call 'um crawfish...wonder if your cray fish are the same thing?...Boil 'um up with hot crawfish /crab seasoning and throw in whatever you got on hand! Potatos, whole garlic, sausage, corn-on-the cob, mushrooms, even artichokes! Better have plenty of cold beverage on hand to wash them down and cool off your mouth! - Tim
