Santa's Welfare
I've been measuring our chimney
And checking on the flue.
The last time I saw Santa
He was too fat to get through.
I wrote a note to Mrs. Santa
Telling her I thought that she
Should put Santa on a diet,
But she hasn't answered me.
I won't be leaving cookies,
Diet cola should be fine
To satisfy his thirst and
I don't think he should dine
On candy, cakes and cookies
Until the job is done.
I wouldn't want him to get stuck
And spoil some children's fun.
So if he should get to your house
Before he gets to mine,
Just remember fat and sugar free
At his age is just fine.
