Not a Karen the World

Nonchalant, the leaf whirls without care On the wind it rides to somewhere Tree-free, it flies with bird-flare A swinging light feather Kite without its string Airy last fling Roaming to end in new… …new trip where? Heaven knows Eagle eyes watch wandering winds blow on leaf’s air-current show Released, rides to an unknown Leaving its toils, freed at long last Departs, dancing for the next recast…

well it was based on the book 'Where the Crawdads Sing' - it was very good and I wonder if you saw the movie? It was good :)

Like being a daring young man on a flying trapeze and having Nonet. : ) Fun and free and whimsical and beautiful. You have captured a moment of nature that will pass just like sand in the hourglass. Well, at least a fun shape.

Sort of like ourselves, through various reincarnations. Love how you write, all of nature watches...much we have in common, us totality.

A finely balanced nonet Susan, keeps its shape well, whilst roaming aimlessly on the wind, all the best for contest, cheers David
