This is so crisp and beautiful ! It says so much and just summarizes your intimacy and deep bond through scanty lines. We know yours is a meeting which has repeated over a thousand life times from the way you love. Congratulations dear Sara on your great win

thank you, kind Sotto, for your mindful comments. I'm grateful you found my poem enlightening & pleasing. I'm glad, too, you that you found so few lines intensified the emotions conveyed. That's pricelessly what I was going for. Not sure if the brevity of my poem 'matches' with the contest, but thought I'd give it a whirl. Thanks for your encouragement. Grateful for you...have a pleasant evening, your poetess friend in Texas, Sara

Sara, your poem is a beautiful sonnet of soul recognition! "Natural and right" sets the stage, followed by the captivating image of hands holding memories across lifetimes. This single line evokes wonder and the possibility of past connections. The poem's brevity further amplifies its emotional impact. I love the simplicity and elegance of your language, and how it expresses a deep sentiment with such grace. - Blessings, Daniel
