How often does this actually happen? Often where I grew up! Corn snakes were our specialty in Ohio. Congrats on this win, Jack! It was after I read a bunch of your fun haikus that I decided to write the Sumo in a Speedo. You are certainly a fun poet! All the best to you! Gwendolen

Let's try to think of a "ghostly" theme for our co-write, Jack. Are you familiar with the play "Blithe Spirit"? The ghost of a remarried man's late wife comes back to taunt the couple. Hmmm... ideas

Great one that you have penned today..Enjoyed reading it..I don't care for snakes even though they say that one should not kill them and let them live..Thanks for the kind review of my work...Sara

Don't know much about "adders," Jack, but I'm imagining they're poisonous snakes. I don't believe in killing for trophies, only for food. The grass snake deserved better. Love, Carolyn
