What to Submit?
Please submit a (New) poem on the theme "Before the day turned into night" Also, this line must appear somewhere in your poem. This must be written in iambic tretrameter/quatorzain (See my example- "Before The Day Turned Into Night" ITQ'S can be done differently but I'm going with using 14 lines/8 syllables per line only. In addition, stanza 1- must be a rhyme pattern of A,A,A,A. Stanza 2- B,B,B,B, Stanza 3-C,C,C,C, and the ending couplet- D,D. You may choose any title you desire but please put (ITQ) at the end of the title so that I don't accidentally read it. Example- (Before night-ITQ) This could be about any topic you want. Please use howmanysyllables.com to check your poem, there should be 112 total syllables. (List this as a Quatorzain) Good luck to all...Happy New Year!
