Does Anyone Even Care

You speak of my failing Without knowing my heart Your pity is mocking This life playing its part You scoff at such squalor As you toss in a coin Lest a hero or scholar From your coven may join Go home to your warm bed Waste not one precious thought From tenets left unsaid With that last pence you bought Shed but just one tear, don't leave vexed with a sigh For there but for privilege even your dreams might die 02/20/2020

My friend, absolutely stunning is this fine piece. Message and heart right on target and profound. Life and this darkened world oft confuses, confounds and leads people astray. As what they have amassed(wealth, etc.) tells them they are better than those less fortunate. A grave error to have made but many do just that. A fav-- a true gem too..

A timely piece which hopefully will make people think about how they try to solve these dilemmas. We need to strip away the fear for a start because I believe it causes greed to rear its head. I was A lion for a number of years and it was interesting to learn how the organisation was born a few years after the 1906 earthquake and how successful the model has been world wide. I am well and wish the same for you. Very best regards David in NZ
