Trust
If once broken,
Cannot be mended.
So crestfallen,
Endless bereavement!
It is trust,
I talk about.
Carefully we must,
Handle it around.
All aren't worthy,
Likewise the few.
Treat it lowly,
Later you rue.
Faith once lost,
Is gone forever.
Peace stays not,
Agony you savour.
It does haunts,
Like ghosts overhead.
You, it taunts,
Your solitude led.
"Don't trust easy!"
Said experience.
Sneered augury,
Whence, promised pertinence.
