The Hangin' Judge
Tough old Isaac Charles Parker was renowned as the Hangin' Judge
Many of his 'guests' entered eternity undoubtedly holdin' a grudge
Miscreants approached his bench with queasy knees and little hope
Since he usually sent them to dance in the wind at the end of a rope
