Proud, You Betcha

At sixty, my dear old dad rode a pedal bike Montreal to Toronto and back, totally amazing like 350 miles there and 350 back 7 days in total, how about that Proud? You betcha was a proud young tyke

Wow that's some distance.I bet he was as fit as a butchers dog. I'm only a couple of hours a day cyclist , Tom.

AND he was 50 at the time... my hero! Weighed 135 at the time... a health nut! Two hours a day is nothing to apologize for... YEE HAW!

Giggles, my dad's got a story of when he was young (not a practicing cyclist) bought a bike and rode O to T.O.~ without a hat: heat stroke... not so proud ;)
