"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that
whoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life."
John 3:16, The Bible
At Christmas, we will remember God's son,
Jesus ... born in a stable- on the hay;
God gave him- until his mission was done !
I love the Christmas lights and the songs gay,
at Christmas people will show a kindness;
Jesus ... born in a stable- on the hay !
Jesus healed people with faith and blindness,
it did not matter to him who you were;
at Christmas people will show a kindness !
The church is lit up with candles that stir,
we know his selfless story and ending;
it did not matter to him who you were !
All his days filled with healing and mending,
and then God said enough- oh, what a death;
we know his selfless story and ending !
The sky black with thunder at his last breath,
at Christmas, we will remember God's son;
and then God said enough- oh, what a death,
God gave him- until his mission was done !
