One more moon
A moon is moon even for a few days,
Let us thank a roaming stone’s wayward ways.
Too bad it’s too tiny
For naked eyes to see,
Wish, Cosmos has more such ways to amaze.
And yet what may delight
May perhaps prove a plight,
Nature’s ways that amaze may also daze.

Happenings |04.10.2024|Moon
Poet’s notes: A wayward asteroid (of the size of a school bus) named ‘2024PT5’ whizzed past on 29th September pulled by Earth’s gravity. Alas, this delight of having a second moon will be short-lived (for only 57 days) before it disappears in deep space.
