*****
There once was a leprechaun.
who lived in a town named St. John.
He thought he'd be bold
and hide all his gold.
Under Shamrocks in the lawn.
Sean McWitty was his given name.
He loved to play mischievous games.
Left foot prints down the hall.
Hung Shamrocks on the walls.
Paints beards on pictures in frames.
Posters hung all over town.
Mr. McWitty needs to be found.
This elf is so mean.
Our cats are all green.
Our mayor awoke as a clown.
Sean McWitty has disappeared.
In March, he will soon reappear.
"Beware" don't give him a chance.
He will put you in a trance.
Then paint "Shamrocks" on your rear.
