Lovebeat
Our love has become such a delicate breath in shadowed beauty
and a thin scratch along the lips of still longing,
seeming to be just a rumor in the rage
of two reckless rebels
sick of love's stage,
yet we yearn
to wet the next page
to ink the next...I need you...
to bless with a kiss
the next chapter,
hating the want
though melting in the satisfaction
of poetic perfection,
oh how cute and cruel
we can be to eachother,
Love has no idea
on how to judge us,
and our heartbeats
keep asking for more -
