Lost Angel
Lost Angel
She stood in the middle of nowhere
an innocent child filled with light
With creamy skin and golden hair
and sad blue eyes so bright
She looked so lost and fragile
this haloed child all aglow
Then something from behind her
made my blood run cold
There came an awful creature
riding swift upon a steed
Swinging a sword of silver at her
his cold eyes filled with greed
I tried to run and save her
then she began to scream
I woke with a scream in my throat
SO thankful it was just a dream.
