I am scared to take my kids to the zoo
The bear in me knows well
For they're like Lil cubs through and through
They need a shell
The zoo can be such a wandering vine
It roots in such a way
I have to bare and draw the line
Here's what I say
I've read news of kids being mauled and killed
By rouge animals spun
A few bad apples spilled and spilled
Some lives were done
I can't take that one-in-a-million chance
My rascals to this day
I have to take this mother's stance
They don't fall prey
