Your imagery is always so vivid and precise Sandra. The setting of this poem in winter is perfect to express the "flight of the lonely swan." As I understand it, swans mate for life. Your last line is a picture of grief in words at sunrise. Grief and hope intertwined masterfully my friend. Blessings to you and a hug. A fav for me.
