Thanks for your kind words, however, it is a haiku Paul, the bug itself is kigo of spring and summer. It overwinters* as an imago, mates early spring, (probably late spring this year, (2018)). ................................................................................................ * Rarely, if ever seen, as it hibernates deep in ivy, its host plant. I have net swept it from rank winter flora.

a pretty kind of bug when you put it in such lovely words. I understand they are quite a predator for other insects.
