Door

When she knocked on my door, I did not open it Again and again , She knocked. After the knocking stopped I opened the door to let her in. Then she had already gone. The path she took hushed and still, the bamboo grove beside it stood silently. She may come one day after long and knock on my door again, But I cannot. say whether I will open it.

what a very interesting little poem. Just the simple title Door was enough to grab my attention.
