Great imagery here, Sara ... I got cold just reading this ... LOL ... thanks for your concern on my last write ... I was a widow at 27 and even though I married 2x more neither worked out because I have always been haunted by the 1st ... smile ... sometimes it still (40 years later) comes back to haunt me. Thanks again for connecting and keep up your wonderful writing !!

OH poor little ducky... great write, Sara, I could feel the cold and its definitely cold in New Jersey this morning... but God's love keeps us warm... glad u enjoyed my Christmas poem.. I am quite the early bird but I luv looking at the decorations for an extended view ... especially my manger scene... after all Jesus IS the reason for the season... have a blessed day...
