If you want Christmas before Halloween, just go to the stores. In Walmart you will find Christmas trees by the scores. Why do we need Christmas in the Fall? In October it is already Christmas at the mall! By Christmas time we are all burned out, Seeing decorations months in advance at the checkout. I wish they would wait at least until November. I saw a store with a big sign that read, “No Christmas music until after Thanksgiving.” I’m no scrooge, but I like that.

So very true! What they don’t seem to get is that we like the romance of the current season. If anything should be illegal...

It drives me MAD too Brenda we have Christmas items in the shops before the kids go back to school from the summer holidays. They currently have mince pies in the shop best before the end of October - its crazy!:-( hugs Jan xx
