Burning Love

My heart is aflame with a burning desire
You are the one who has awoken this fire
I've felt this passion right from the start
My love for you comes straight from the heart

Loves butterflies lead us into a slow dance
Moonlight and stars endorse our romance
I close my eyes but I can still see
The beauty of the woman who now kisses me.  

Never in my life have I felt this way before
Our eyes lock when you walk through the door
Thought love at first sight was confined to dreams
You are the love of my life forever it seems

Laid on the sofa you yield to my caress
Expert fingers slowly remove your dress
Forever I'll remember this wonderful moment in time 
The consummation of true love when two hearts entwined.

When I’m lying in your arms all I want is you
Making sweet love is all we want to do
Our bodies entwined for all eternity
Together forever is how we will always be
