Autumn Has Arrived
Autumn has arrived to take away
Breath from every flower around,
Careless breeze shall mess leaves
Drag them callously to the ground.
Each day of summer brought joy
Flowers loved to bask in sunlight,
Gone are golden days of happiness
Harsh is autumn, flowers are quiet.
Inevitable is the change of seasons
January to December all year round,
Kind is spring, it nurtures the seeds
Lost life on land is clearly found.
My garden shall eagerly wait again
Nature with new life shall soon return,
Ongoing is cycle of birth and death
Patience, what pastures have to learn.
