A perfect day for bananafish

A banana fish

This  light verse is a play on the title "A Perfect Day for Bananafish," which is a short story by J. D. Salinger. Other than that, the two have nothing to do with each other.

 

It's a perfect day for bananafish. But I know! It's not your favorite dish. So, I can make you a plate of oven-baked orangeprimate, and an appleoyster salad if you wish.
