I am thankful for the morning light that shines through the lace curtain bright Refreshing rain and all that blooms with choice fruits and sensual perfume I am thankful for the moon and the stars I would never move to the planet mars Retrospection of lows and highs smiles and tears have made me wise I am thankful for family and friends of tides and time - until the ends My gratitude is greater than I can express I expect this poem to be a success

Anne-Lise, you display your kind and optimistic spirit with this poem. BTW, I'm not moving to Mars either! I hear there is a strange odor of musk there that won't go away. In any case, life provides a great blessing and opportunity to have a great deal of pleasure here provided one knows how to think about it and behave well.
