You and Me and the Sun

I miss you ... like the warm hypnotic winds miss brushing across our sovereign beings where true bliss was created under our sun and the sparkles from the sea reflected more than peace I miss you ... in the day and in the night when arms crave to hold you tight as every cloud floats on by I sit and wonder why I'm not drifting in your sky with you right by my side where worries up and hide I miss you ... and soft kisses to a delicate neck fingers that long flay your back those whispers sweeping our air where love cuts through all the fear soon our time will come minutes won't up and run drawn to your pull our lives will be full with just you and me and the sun

Your poem had me thinking about romance again, Tim. Guess there are some aspects of it that we truly miss when we are separated from the one we love. Beautifully written, my friend! Love, Carolyn
