Xmas In July
Xerothermic in December
Many Australians remember
A chilly Christmas clime.
So they choose a time,
In winter the feast to eat!
Nativity turkey and meat,
July our heart inspires -
Umbrellas and log fires,
Love of pudding and pie,
Yuletide in July.
