Wounded Heart

With a wounded heart I lay here and cry. Some wrongs I've done I won't deny to be ripped apart From your embrace Brings pain that won't heal Without leaving a trace.

Beautifully written, from pain comes beauty only hard to discern when one is in the moment of difficulty. JDH

Short and sweet Neil. Very nice. Love is such a powerful emotion. In putting God first then everything else is secondary. It is no surprise that in doing so everything else in life gets better. Thank you for all your comments. God Bless!

Thank you Vincent. I'm trying to put Him first, but not always that easy. Thanks for the comment.

Hi, Neil, this is deep. The pain is real, sometimes we don't realize how bad things ca go until it is too late. Enjoyed. LINDA
