The repetitive zeal, engrossing they'd be, induces continuity of familial legacies that traditionally abides. Blessings truly, Connie, on your return! Reading others -- I forgot your grandson's name but at twelve? You are either short or OMgoodness! My compliments, Aloha~William

I like the most precious two lines 'inspiring.....nice and kind to others.' That is the best lesson to give our children. I am not a religious person and don't believe in any religion other than Humanity. But I honor and follow Universal Moral Values.

Well stated. Nothing for me to dispute. A true example of how to share your faith in a wonderful way of living by example. Unfortunately even in NZ we have those who take compassion and empathy out of the equation forgetting that only makes them zealots and not heroes for the cause of Christianity. Thanks for sharing. Best regards David in NZ

Love your poem. I am not 100% sure, but check his rules. He might have a limit of 15 lines on this contest, sweetie. I really want to do this contest. I read the poem he refers to and she uses lots of tricky metaphors for the women in her family. I am trying to think of a unique way to describe how women in my family never seem to choose very supportive husbands. Hmmm, how to do THAT?

It is exactly 15 lines which is why I chose the acrostic. I would hope he doesn’t count the title as a line. Thank you Andrea. I shall check to see what you come up with. Blessings xxoo

Love has no face nor nationality -- goodness transcends all differences...most are simple superficial. I have been in some severe situations and have had support from people I least expected. Good people do not always advertise...darkness brings them out like the stars that they are. Mothers often the unsung heroes in the background -- they are the heart of humanity. Blessings my friend. You shine!!

The women in your family are carriers of love and good will. As mothers, they are well trained in the art of rearing children and bringing them up as God fearing ! Salutes to these distinguished sculptors of future generation. Connie, all the best in the contest...

Oh, goodness! Connie. My Dad loved me and lived many years. My parents treated each friend of mine as their very own. Add the many uncles, who were tender and loving. Uncle Pete was my dance partner when I bowed as a debutante. He was a fabulous dancer, gentleman and sweet as honey. Thank God for my male unles, cousins and Father! All in heaven know,Panagiota. Xx
