Woman Torn Apart

Tears of a clown. Tears of a young woman. Woman in shambles. Woman in a pine box. Box of feelings opened. Box of cries closed. Closed unless she writes it out. Closed unless she sees fit. Fit to be a better woman. Fit to be a loving mother. Mother to the lonely children. Mother to her own children someday. Someday she will fly away. Someday she will be reborn. Reborn into light sun rays. Reborn into a happy place. Place she can call her own. Place she can call her home. Home is where the heart is. Home is lost just as her heart is. Is there peace somewhere in life. Is there a place she can go hide. Hide until the monsters are gone. Hide until pain soaks into the ground. Ground up into smithereens. Ground up into a soup to drink. Drink away the pain. Drink away the sorrow. Sorrow day by day. Sorrow that won't go away. Away is where she must go. Away somewhere new. New places to be. New faces with smiles. Smiles forever in place. Smiles forever bringing warmth. Warmth with a sea of comfort. Warmth with a baby's blanket. Blanket thrown over her head. Blanket thrown over the edge. Edge of a cliff. Edge of her world. World so listless. World slowly molding. Molding all days together. Molding can't be torn apart. Apart from a world so cold. Apart she'll always be. Be... Cold...
