forever renews anguish a burden heavy for ego dreams relinquish hold when desires we let go yet if there’s no seeking are we a mute spectator witnessing life in motion controlled by a dictator overcome with self-doubt we decide to investigate what lies behind the veil in tranquil stillness sedate subject-object disappears when thought form fades we then find our awareness in beauteous blissful glades sans identity we yet remain living light that cannot die why then do belief systems delude us with a blatant lie

Soulful poetry my friend, I especially like the description of a meditive state, "in tranquil stillness sedate." Words of wisdom so truly despritive of meditation. Thank for sharing with us Unseeking Seeker. The thought of seeking without being a seeker is intriguing to me. Thank you for your soulful comments, Bill. The seeker or doer does not exist, being imaginary ego-identity. We are not this mind-body. We are eternal living light, made in God’s image. Once we know this by seeing directly, doubts disappear.
