White Birch

White-covered ground. Frozen all around. Twenty feet tall white birch trees. The only snow I see all around. Yes, that's where he took me. I begged as he said get down. Get down on your knees. I said please, I'm begging you, please. He said I'm doing it to you. What they done to me. There I lay watching my spirit fly away. As he just walked away. I am overwhelmed with a dark empathetic shadow of sorrow.I was cornered in a tent when I was eight by an adult.I am so sorry you had this terrible event in your life.I know words don't always help. But always remember you did nothing wrong. I wish you light Debbie, always more light;Thalia.

There are also beautiful people who would have you soar and watch in awe. The sad thing is when you find yourself in the wrong place at the wrong time. May that please not happen to us!!

Fargo is a tough watch. It's about the worst kind of human behavior and it also is a commentary on the business system we have and what happens when there is no immediate gratification. You elevate it to generational injustice.

You said "drove away" but actually walked away works great. He DID walk away first, before he drove away!!(that silly girl was just asking for it in the Fargo show!!)

Hey, Debbie. I am watching FArgo too. You mean that cool drama that is on Fx or something? Is this where the girl gets killed in the snowy woods? I too like to write poems inspired by strong scenes in shows. Very nicely done.
