Whisper
Whisper , when the morning's loneliness
Wraps me in a blanket of despair
When memories are fading fast
And I'm caught between the
Present and the past,
Whisper, as balmy breezes cause
Gentle ripples on still waters of the bay
The same bay that held reflections
Of us at play , before the angles took you away.
Whisper in the evening's darkness
When the moon illuminates my room
And I lay awake watching shadows of
Treetops dance eerily on the walls
Until sleep trips me to fall.
Whisper , to me as sleep images take me to
A labyrinth of dreams , filled with
Kaleidoscope scenes, pushing me
Through the long lonely night into
The morning light.
Whisper , whisper ,whisper , until it occurs
To me your aura will remain.
