Just thinking about what might transpire after all this  is  over withl

When The Masks Come Off One day When this is over We will joyfully remove our masks, And face one another as full people again. When that day comes, We will rejoice to see the smiles, The moving lips that greet us, link us, Human to human. Yet when that day comes, Much as I desire it; What will be revealed, Our love for one another as a race, Or our hatred for one another as tribes? So much has been done to separate us. To tear us from our better selves. We must rise above it, and declare our nobility. We must declare ourselves the noble Human Race, Which, with all its flaws, still marches on to better days, And tear our masks off and declare to one another, With unrepentant smiles, That, "Yes, I believe in you."
