When Me Is Not Enough

Life's going great even though you've got a lot on your plate you keep things straight, believing you can handle any amount of weight. You're a strong tower, work hour after hour problems arise you don't cower, you devour depending only on your super powers. And everything's groovy, you're a star in your own movie, it's smooth sailing, that mountain you keep scaling and prevailing. Until life gives you the ultimate exam, no matter how hard you cram, keep finding yourself in a jam, damn. Then you Start feeling you're losing your grove and your manhood you have to prove so you try and make a move. Because you're the head of your clique gatta show 'em you're still slick by running your game on a new chick, but she's quick and you end up with the short end of the stick, now you're really sick. What's left to do is to get a new crew because even family and friends have turned on you. you're greatly preplexed, people dodging you, it's like you've been hexed which having you wondering, what next? Now what do you do when life turn on you? You keep trying your super powers, things keep turning sour. You use to be hot stuff now you feel life's got you handcuffed and no matter how you huff and puff, me is just not enough. Well, you get tired of getting knocked down, the more you struggle, the more you lose ground and you're sick of looking like a clown, it's time for a turn around. So you try the flip side, Lord I'm tired of being snide will you be my guide? The old ways you cast aside, the new way is rightly applied, your life becomes amplified. Because to The Good Lord, you appealed, a new way of life has been revealed, now a bible you wield for The Word is now your sword and your shield on life's battle field. So when life becomes appalling and you get tired of bawling, instead of walking tall, you're crawling. Stop stonewalling... God's Calling.
