Wrote this sitting in church last week.

I believe in Christ Jesus, But what does that really mean? For each Christian there's a jesus-- Then there's the one that few have seen. I've read the Gospels a few times; Know what the witnesses said. I try to read between the lines To know Him that rose from the dead. During his three-year mission He encouraged forgiveness, To many he showed compassion And taught folks to love righteaousness. (Chorus) The modern world is different, But people are still the same. Instead of pointing fingers, Good folks should help the bad repent... Both finding forgiveness through His name. Jesus loved everybody, Helped the sinners change their ways, Fought against hypocracy. I think He's still the same today. The modern world is different, But people are still the same. Instead of pointing fingers, Good folks should help the bad repent... Both finding forgiveness through His name.
