My first book of poetry, DREAMS REWRITTEN, is available on line at Barnes & Noble.  Check it out.

There is a labyrinth which draws the mind. There is a maze running through the corn. Even the crow is pensive. There is a certain derision coming out of the chaff. Cattle are calling with their eyes; their eyes are full of sorrow. They would sing the day-song, strum a tune, but they have no hands.

Is there, indeed, order in disorder, meaning in apparent chaos? What is the truth behind the lie, the act of will behind the lack of involvement? I enjoyed reading your poem.

It is interesting to know what you got out of that poem. I felt good about it after I wrote it, more so than many others.
