There Will Be Peace

This world is filled with lies, deceit, and corruption There are too many images of violence and destruction As panic fills the beleaguered atmosphere Everyone can sense fear Right now I'm thinking of sorrow I believe there's still hope for tomorrow Through the silence the lies could be heard I listened to them but didn’t hear a word World Peace is a percolation problem The problems of this world only God can solve them I have one scream to echo It’s a never-ending cry for help from my soul It's time to bring people together, so we can bring about peace In the name of Jesus we can get this done, so never let it cease Peace is created with hand in hand together each and every race Then we all will live in peace making the world be a better place Psalm 34:14 Turn away from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it. Matthew 6:34 “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble." James 4:1-2 What causes quarrels and what causes fights among you? Is it not this, that your passions are at war within you? You desire and do not have, so you murder. You covet and cannot obtain, so you fight and quarrel. You do not have, because you do not ask.
