The Time Poem
There's times when time is timeless,
and times when time isn't timed
so well.
If time isn't time as I view time,
then I will probably end up
in hell.
Carefully timed words
presented in carefully timed lines
and carefully timed endings
to carefully timed times.
If you don't know time,
then you probably can't rhyme,
which probably doesn't mean anything
in this day and time.
Some herbs smell of uneasiness
some herbs smell of thyme.
Some will be careful to let you forget
where you are in time.
If heresy is lunacy,
and the present is the times,
then time is surely that which,
will be the end of times.
