The Single Rose
Is she my rose? I'l never know..
From sunup to sundown
Leaves whistle, sway and blow
Falling like my doubts,
Fading out of summers hold
Does she even really care?
Or am I just there in the same but different boat?
Life will always carry pain..this I know
But atleast I could endure pain with hope as a fast float
Nothing is what it seems but to me I guess it's just a dream.
Like every guitar I ever owned ..
and within it, carved a single rose
Of the one I let go and get away
Down the stream it goes..
I guess that's all she wrote
