The Rain

If the skies don't shine so bright this day, I know i can always pray; worry i shouldn't, flee from those thoughts, pray to my Jesus, pray to my Lord. Droplets it will be, rain to avoid, I am but human, not humanoid; so pray i repeat, with hopes on the Lord, bow my head low, rain it must not. So till the next time, a miracle from God, I accept my fate, I accept my lot; for He is faithful, He answers my prayers, rain it won't, rain it will not.
