The Question

I walk alone, into the night, out in the cold, after a fight Oh no, Oh no, It's a desperate world Under the thumb, I feel the pinch, I'm on the spot, this loves not right Oh no, Oh no, It's a desperate world I stand nude, exposed to light, no hand to hold, just out of sight Oh no, Oh no, It's a desperate world Watched every move, track every step, sent every plight Oh no, Oh no, It's a desperate world After a while I wander, over and over I ponder What would life be like, on my own I stand nude, exposed to light, no hand to hold, just out of sight Oh no, Oh no, It's a desperate world Watched every move, track every step, sent very plight Oh no, Oh no, It's a desperate world After a while I wander, over and over I ponder What would life be like, on my own

G'day Jerry … not only do I like the style of your poem, but the contents more so, because directly after the explosion it can take time to pick up the pieces and fit them back in place - very much enjoyed Jerry - Lindsay
