We were talking about the poor in Church today.
The poor people, if they know the Lord, have to
depend totally upon HIM for thei sustenance.
The LORD loves it when we trust HIM for our
lives and very being.

The Poor Man The Savior came a walking down a long and dusty road when a poor man He saw walking alone He said to the man “Follow Me My son, and I will show you the way to My home”. The man said to him in complete amazement “I have no money sir, how can I repay this great loan”? The Savior answered in such a warm reply “Don’t worry My son; I want to make you My own. The Savior placed a ring on his hand and His own robe He placed on his back and then ordered sandals for his feet and bread and lamb for him to eat because the man so much did lack. This poor man started to cry and the he said “No one ever wanted me, why sir, have you done this marvelous thing”? but then added with a grateful heart “I will praise Your name throughout eternity”! It is the poor of this world God chooses to share such dynamic faith with them and smiles upon them tenderly when such love they return back to Him. Written by: Marilyn S. Jennings 1994

A beautiful tribute to Jesus, and the Good Samaritan all rolled into one. Nicely done, Marilyn. I think it is fantastic.
