The Girl In My Dreams
Thank you for visiting last night
In my dreams as I slept alone,
And taking me on a journey
To destinations, otherwise, unknown.
Loosening my inhibitions
With your touch and beguiling smile;
Leading me down the forbidden path
And going the extra mile.
So, if, when we meet again,
I cannot look you straight in the eye,
Being the girl in my dreams last night
You will know is the reason why.
