When I think of all the pain He went through and would willingly do so again just me, it really sends a pain through my heart because I know I don't deserve a love like that.
There once was a garden so fragrant and fair.
There once was a Man who knelt and prayed there.
He prayed for the souls of so many He knew.
He prayed for the lost, for me and for you.
This Man was alone and fear tore His heart.
He wept for He knew He soon must depart.
Great drops of blood did My Lord sweat for me.
Great rivers of blood did He shed on that tree.
He chose no defense but went willingly,
To the court, to the trial,
And to Calvary.
